Leseman Car Care partners with Nyver to accelerate growth ambitions
Leseman Car Care and investment firm Nyver have reached agreement on Nyver joining as a partner. Founder Bas Leseman will remain closely involved with the company as an advisor and shareholder. Louwman will also remain involved as a shareholder. Alexander Gimbrère will continue in his role as CEO. With Nyver as a partner, Leseman Car Care aims to further strengthen its position as the largest independent PDI and reconditioning specialist in the Netherlands, and to accelerate investment in its organisation, capacity and international expansion.
Leseman Car Care, founded by Bas Leseman, has grown into the largest independent PDI and reconditioning specialist in the Netherlands. From multiple locations, the company prepares vehicles for sale on behalf of leasing companies, dealers, auction houses and fleet owners. Leseman Car Care offers an end-to-end solution: from vehicle transport and technical inspections to damage repair, polishing and photography. The company differentiates itself in the market through its efficient operations and data-driven approach.
In the years ahead, Leseman Car Care aims to grow significantly in the Netherlands and beyond. The partnership with Nyver provides the firepower to further invest in the organisation, open new locations and accelerate expansion into Belgium and Germany.
