Technische Partners and Nyver join forces to accelerate growth ambitions
Technische Partners and Nyver have reached agreement on Nyver’s entry as a shareholder. Founder Timothy Kapteijn will remain closely involved in the company as CEO and shareholder. The entire management team will stay on board and play an important role in the company’s continued growth. With Nyver as a partner, Technische Partners aims to further accelerate its proven acquisition strategy and strengthen its position as a nationwide electrical installation company.
Technische Partners, founded in 2008 by Timothy Kapteijn, is a growing Dutch installation company focused on commercial properties, active in electrical engineering, ICT infrastructure, healthcare systems, and fire safety & security. Operating from multiple locations, the company serves healthcare institutions, contractors, government bodies, real estate parties, and hotels and holiday parks. Local entrepreneurship within each operating company ensures strong client relationships and reliable project delivery.
Over the past fifteen months, Technische Partners has completed six acquisitions, establishing itself as an attractive group for entrepreneurs. The partnership with Nyver provides the firepower to accelerate this strategy and further expand nationwide coverage.
